To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 龍蝦上海手工麵(龍蝦半隻、薺菜鮮肉雲吞兩粒)


原隻新鮮龍蝦開邊,所以要兩位起,成件事好合理,用料好已經贏在起跑線上,蝦肉飽滿雪白,看得出的彈性,湯底是用蝦殼去熬煮,鮮甜到位喝光都不涸口,麵條感覺有點似稻庭烏冬的滑溜,但個人偏好較有嚼勁的麵身,但有一點必贏的,是意猶未盡的話,可以免費添加麵條,成件事即刻upgrade,大可當做 early dinner,反之,又可以「扣底」,只要龍蝦同湯,係咪好 user friendly 呢?

滋潤飲品
單是飲品已經有特色,有楊枝甘露、菊花蜜桃柚子蜜、紅棗圓肉杞子茶以及麥米薏米檸檬水四款。
