早排聽朋友講,上環有間隱世私房菜,難得今日收早去中環等埋男朋友收工,終於有機會去試下。原來呢間嘢每個月都會轉一次菜單,而今次一月份菜單嘅其中一個主角係龍蝦,真係開正我嗰瓣呀!平時去飲,成日都食百花釀蟹鉗,但水準就係好參差。而今次呢味釀龍蝦鉗,啲蝦膠比例做到啱啱好,足料彈牙,唔會覺得撈咗好多粉;至於隻龍蝦鉗,就真係好難會唔好食啦。之後上嘅龍蝦忌廉湯,真係好味到爆晒燈,個湯夠晒香濃之餘,仲要有啖啖龍蝦肉,極之足料。另外,呢個湯係用杯上,廚師仲係上面特登加咗啲泡,驟眼睇以為自己飲緊Cappuccino。好戲在後頭 - 蟹粉扒龍蝦球,雖然賣相唔算好精緻,但係蟹粉、龍蝦球(唔係龍蝦丸)同豆腐三樣嘢味道真係同口感好夾,而D蟹粉食完,真係會齒頰留香除咗三味龍蝦之外,呢味最值得推介嘅係藥膳慢煮和牛,和牛肉質夠晒腍之餘,個湯仲要夠晒甜,仲要同藥膳味出奇地夾。據大廚所講,和牛係用咗面珠墩慢煮咗6粒鐘,而藥膳就用咗紅棗同埋加咗少少當歸,唔怪得之食完個身咁暖粒粒啦。由於九道菜係逐個上,所以食呢餐真係好似去飲咁,食足2個幾鐘。而我同男朋友都好鍾意呢個私房菜上下嘅服務態度,特別係大廚會出嚟分享下心得。
