To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 期待咗好耐嘅龍蝦節終於開始啦,上個月到佐敦食飯見到4月9號開始,立即通報各方好友相約飯局。我地最愛尖沙咀分店,環境特別舒服而且裝修精緻。脆皮燒腩仔燒腩仔外皮脆卜卜,肉嫩多汁。韭黃菜脯肉崧帶子炒蛋帶子鮮嫩嫩滑,炒蛋蛋味香濃又滑溜溜,餸飯一流。 脆皮南乳雞(半隻)外皮色澤金黃香脆,肉質鮮嫩美味,沾少少南乳醬更加滋味!上湯開邊焗龍蝦5隻龍蝦份量非常之多,上枱非常壯觀,龍蝦肉質爽口彈牙,鮮甜美味,不枉每年都要食一次,簡直回味無窮!而且價錢不太貴,服務員服務殷勤,勤換碗碟,值得一讚!
