To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 1號禮拜日去食的….見到好多foodie好多網路名人推介….只可以講….名過其實….如標題所講,我果日係🈚️龍蝦  🈚️麵包蟹  🈚️蟹腳….係🈶️生蠔,不過好細隻,唔肥,好一般。試下就好了,其他食物都好一般,唔值得呢個價錢,仲要收多每位$48 distilled water 。部分食物無refill或者好遲先refill,雪糕不是gelato,而且只有雲尼拿同埋朱古力兩隻味道。甜品除了tiramisu以外…..其他都太甜了…覺得不合香港人口味。
