As the name suggested, they serve really good pho. But this time, I am here to try their new tasting menu. It’s a brand new experience to me to try an elevated Vietnam meal and we happened to be the first to try this out luckily 😍柚子牛至也海鮮沙律 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗳𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱This salad was amazing😝 Freshness, citrusy, oceanic savoury seafood and spice. Basically a plate of happiness. The chilli kick was strong while the oregano gave pleasant herbal kick. A perfect appetiser to kick off a meal!越南海鮮簿餅

This one was so cute🍕and it came with a scissor ✂️ They use the rice paper as the base. It was grilled to ultra crispy. The topping was somewhat like Okonomiyaki!

The thickness told everything👍🏼They only used the most inner core of the ox tongue and only one portion could be made for every cow. It’s super tender and the pepper sauce was just right! Wish a little bit more char tho.

The final main here. It was not the dried kind of noodle but a bit moist. They used lots of seafood as the stock to cook the noodle and the outcome was as good as imagined😆

The presentation was 💯 You can get a sip of the dripped coffee before pouring into the milk for tasting its strong characteristics. This coconut based coffee totally brought me to Vietnam 🤤
