Pic 1️⃣: 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮 / Winter black truffle, Truffle chittara alle spaghetti - $228 hkd🍝
— You can definitely tell their pasta is handmade just by how chewy and al dente the texture is. The sauce is more on the lighter side, without that thick consistency which makes their pasta dishes a lot easier to consume in large quantities 😂 I loved that there wasn’t that artificial black truffle taste to it because you could really taste authentic black truffle aroma the truffles had to offer. Personally thought the sauce could’ve done with a bit more seasoning though. Overall a great and simple pasta dish.


Pic 2️⃣: 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝟮.𝟬 / Roasted bell pepper, Sichuan pepper chilli, Thai basil - $128 hkd 🧀
— This was SO GOOD. I’ve never had burrata served this way and I’m definitely going to return just for this! The cheese is filled with a fragrant Thai basil oil, so when you cut into the cheese it’s actually green inside. It’s dressed with their delicious Sichuan chilli pepper oil which isn’t overly spicy but extremely aromatic and flavourful. Last but not least, it’s topped with fried scallions for that extra crunch. Definitely recommend ordering this if you’re looking for something unique and bursting with flavour.


Pic 3️⃣: 𝗧𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗻𝘀 𝗔𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗘 𝗢𝗹𝗶𝗼 / Tiger prawns, Garlic, Chilli - $168 hkd 🦐
— Flavours in this were bolder compared to the truffle pasta with the addition of the tiger prawns which were seared perfectly with just the right amount of seasoning. The prawns were fresh and went perfectly with the garlic goodness.


Pic 4️⃣: 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗴𝗴 / Mixed fungi, Winter Black Truffle, Onsen egg - $138 hkd 🍳
— This tasted like an elevated breakfast dish 😂 The mixed stir fried mushrooms were flavourful and nicely seasoned, onsen egg was perfectly cooked with a runny yolk too. It’s recommended that you mix all of the elements together to get the ultimate experience.


Pic 5️⃣: 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝘃𝗮 𝗦𝗼𝗱𝗮 - $28 hkd🍹
— Super refreshing drink that’s perfect for balancing out all the rich flavours all the dishes had to offer. The guava taste was really strong and aromatic, and I loved that the drink was only lightly sweetened.
