To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 人生第一次係openrice,寫食評昨晚同最愛既長輩們食晚餐,呢間北京樓要排隊拎位,無得book,唸住應該D野都唔差,點知,一路食,我一路個心都係到罵,第一賣相差,我係一個好中意影食物相既人,成晚10幾樣餸,我一張都無影過,想逐樣影留念都無........真心好難,佢只係食得落口,完全與好食掛不上嘴邊,1.羊肋排$178(得6舊左右)又硬又鞋又細碟,成碟前菜咁款2.咕嚕肉$138不好食,上菜已經唔熱,舊野好大舊咬第一啖已經唔想食想放棄,唔脆又多粉,應該2餸飯都好食過佢3.素鵝$88嘩,係宇宙最強怪味,非常難食,口感差,已經唸唔到點形容.4片皮鴨$398一隻應該係主打菜,打完全唔值,片得好樣衰,又唔香又唔脆老實講,我食左一舊已經無衝動想食第二舊......5.小豆苗呢碟已級臭青,臭青都唔緊要,豆苗都有渣既,我食左一小口,吐左出來,已級劣質。總結:以上5樣,係呢餐飯數1數2,難食+失望既餐點,另外我仲食左其他有小籠包,賽磅蟹,炒飯..總有好幾道已經唸唔起叫咩名,仲有食左用匯豐卡優惠個套餐,全部都非常一般..埋單$3xxx,總次失望至極,非常劣質又要扮高級既一間飯店,希望想去食既朋友,真係會

真心好難,佢只係食得落口,
完全與好食掛不上嘴邊,

1.羊肋排$178(得6舊左右)
又硬又鞋又細碟,成碟前菜咁款

2.咕嚕肉$138
不好食,上菜已經唔熱,舊野好大舊咬第一啖已經唔想食想放棄,
唔脆又多粉,應該2餸飯都好食過佢

3.素鵝$88
嘩,係宇宙最強怪味,非常難食,
口感差,已經唸唔到點形容.

4片皮鴨$398一隻
應該係主打菜,打完全唔值,
片得好樣衰,又唔香又唔脆老實講,我食左一舊已經無衝動想食第二舊......

5.小豆苗
呢碟已級臭青,臭青都唔緊要,豆苗都有渣既,
我食左一小口,吐左出來,已級劣質。

總結:
以上5樣,係呢餐飯數1數2,難食+失望既餐點,另外我仲食左其他有小籠包,賽磅蟹,炒飯..總有好幾道已經唸唔起叫咩名,仲有食左用匯豐卡優惠個套餐,全部都非常一般..
埋單$3xxx,總次失望至極,非常劣質又要扮高級既一間飯店,希望想去食既朋友,真係會睇下留言,再考慮食唔食,如果想試伏野,必試首選,只少有晒心理準備係劣質難食.
