To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

$16蚊就食到特色茶室======15俄國牛柳絲飯（原本$115）======$茶室位於利東街旁的一座活化建築物，從裝潢可看得出保留了戰後唐樓高樓底與窗花特色，壁畫也相當有心思。食物方面是典型高級茶記菜式，這次點的牛柳絲相對creamy,牛柳亦炒得嫩滑，配飯剛好。但這些都不是今日的主題，重點是早前政府大派$100消費券與旅客，小紅書上的$0遊港攻略風頭一時無兩。作為有份貢獻的納稅人又有沒有份？有的，所以不輸蝕地也搶了$100本地夜繽紛券。當然，高檔茶室的本標價較高，餐牌菜式大多超過$100，其實很難$0消費，這次用$15再加一便吃到高級一餸飯，抵消了我點點心理不平衡~hurray 🎊#香港美食 #香港茶室#香港特色cafe #灣仔美食
