依間係西環嘅燒肉小店出名食牛舌,而且就算係和牛都係百零蚊位就食到,主打親民價錢有高質素肉類,今次同朋友午市到訪都坐咗8成滿🤣呢到嘅石燒牛提供好多唔同部位選擇,今次揀咗澳洲M9和牛牛肩脊里肉 ($188) 有五大片,片片都好肥美,燒完之後得別香💛 三款調味料入面最鍾意都係岩鹽~ 跟餐仲有日式玄米茶、麵豉湯同埋沙律🥗除咗可以石燒,佢哋仲可以轉日式關西風壽喜燒鍋 (+$38),自己就揀咗澳洲M9和牛牛臀肉蓋 ($188),比起肩脊里肉,自己更鍾意呢份,牛肉食落更加軟稔,而且牛味濃郁,加埋壽喜燒汁好夾,另外附送嘅配菜都好豐富,特別鍾意佢哋舊豆腐煎得好香,入面仲保持嫩滑🤍除咗基本嘅定食,呢到都有唔少小食選擇,吉列炸蠔 ($22)炸得幾香口,雞皮餃子($38)都幾有驚喜,一咬落去啲肉汁爆晒出嚟😳呢一間嘅環境都幾有日式小店vibe,上菜速度都快,整體嚟講幾好坐,其實佢哋餐牌仲有更多肉類選擇,有興趣嘅朋友可以留意一下~
