今日係西營盤揾食,見到呢間日式石板燒燒肉好似唔錯幾吸引。我同朋友叫咗一份牛三角腩片set,另一份吉列牛set,兩份都加套餐(飯、湯、沙律同飲品),再升級個普通白飯做牛蒡燒肉汁紫菜拌飯。A4黑毛和牛厚切三角腩片雖然佢唔算厚切,但肉質好好食。肉同肥一半一半,雪花幾靚,我個人都唔鍾意食太多肥膏,但呢款牛燒完可以逼翻好多油出黎,又保留到個肉質。一共都有10塊左右,我食咗一塊已經停唔到口,因為佢唔算厚,所以兩邊輕輕燒就食得。A4黑毛和牛吉列牛吉列牛以呢個價錢份量有啲少,得5塊。吉列皮唔厚,再係石板燒,好香。我食咗一塊,肉質就冇牛三角腩片咁腍,咬落有啲油。牛蒡燒肉汁紫菜拌飯呢個組合又係好好食,完全冇得輸,就咁食都已經可以輕鬆食晒成碗。日本珍珠米再加醃過嘅牛蒡紫菜同燒肉汁,再加埋燒完牛咁夾埋黎食,就係正,如果黎食野,一定要加錢轉呢個飯。但佢可惜係個飯有啲腍,如果可以乾身啲會好啲。整體嘅燒肉餐係有啲貴,加埋set都要200頭一個人,但以A4黑毛和牛厚切三角腩片餐黎講,我覺得係值嘅個價,出面有其他餐廳呢個價錢嘅牛都係好韌,但呢間嘅肉腍之餘份量都多,食完好滿足,久唔久食一次係接受到。餐廳環境都佈置到好似入咗日本居酒屋咁,貼滿日式poster同裝飾。仲有一點係當日冷氣唔太夠,唔知係咪因為開舖冇耐,再加上我地食燒肉對住個火,所以有啲熱。另外見到如果係hku學生仲有9折。 continue reading

今次多得HKU朋友仔帶我哋去呢間小店食燒肉,店舖貼滿日本懷舊poster,而且播放著日文歌,猶如置身日本燒肉小店🥢牛舌二食 (厚切牛舌心、牛舌薄切) $138 牛舌薄切,雖然薄薄地,但係牛味都幾濃,有咬口感得嚟又唔韌厚切牛舌心爽口Q彈,就算燒得耐都仍然好juicy,每樣有6片,份量都幾多🤩🥢澳洲M9和牛牛肩里脊肉$188 牛味濃郁,質地有口感,就算煎耐咗都好好味,有8片份量亦唔少我哋除咗係食肉獸之餘亦係澱粉質控,飯一定唔少得,而且呢喥只需加$38就有套餐,包括有白飯、蜆湯、雜菜沙律及汽水另外加$10就可升級溫泉蛋紫菜飯,溫泉蛋係採用日本雞蛋,蛋香味濃,並灑上大量紫菜,令成碗飯嘅好味指數 double up↗️,順帶一提店舖係使用日本新瀉米而加$12就升級牛蒡燒肉汁紫菜拌飯,牛蒡絲及紫菜完全充分地混合白飯,非常香口惹味,好味程度係…就算冇餸都可以食哂成碗飯😋調味方面有岩鹽、柚子胡椒及燒肉醬汁有燒肉又點可能無酒,我哋叫咗Sapporo及Asahi,前者比較清香女性化啲而後者就入於大人苦澀少少,各有風格食完先發現有呢個優惠,就係凡惠顧任何定食套餐,就有一小時任食牛舌,只需加$98🤩,下次一定要食😝呢間小店仲唔收加一服務費添🤑 continue reading
