今日係西營盤揾食,見到呢間日式石板燒燒肉好似唔錯幾吸引。我同朋友叫咗一份牛三角腩片set,另一份吉列牛set,兩份都加套餐(飯、湯、沙律同飲品),再升級個普通白飯做牛蒡燒肉汁紫菜拌飯。A4黑毛和牛厚切三角腩片雖然佢唔算厚切,但肉質好好食。肉同肥一半一半,雪花幾靚,我個人都唔鍾意食太多肥膏,但呢款牛燒完可以逼翻好多油出黎,又保留到個肉質。一共都有10塊左右,我食咗一塊已經停唔到口,因為佢唔算厚,所以兩邊輕輕燒就食得。A4黑毛和牛吉列牛吉列牛以呢個價錢份量有啲少,得5塊。吉列皮唔厚,再係石板燒,好香。我食咗一塊,肉質就冇牛三角腩片咁腍,咬落有啲油。牛蒡燒肉汁紫菜拌飯呢個組合又係好好食,完全冇得輸,就咁食都已經可以輕鬆食晒成碗。日本珍珠米再加醃過嘅牛蒡紫菜同燒肉汁,再加埋燒完牛咁夾埋黎食,就係正,如果黎食野,一定要加錢轉呢個飯。但佢可惜係個飯有啲腍,如果可以乾身啲會好啲。整體嘅燒肉餐係有啲貴,加埋set都要200頭一個人,但以A4黑毛和牛厚切三角腩片餐黎講,我覺得係值嘅個價,出面有其他餐廳呢個價錢嘅牛都係好韌,但呢間嘅肉腍之餘份量都多,食完好滿足,久唔久食一次係接受到。餐廳環境都佈置到好似入

整體嘅燒肉餐係有啲貴,加埋set都要200頭一個人,但以A4黑毛和牛厚切三角腩片餐黎講,我覺得係值嘅個價,出面有其他餐廳呢個價錢嘅牛都係好韌,但呢間嘅肉腍之餘份量都多,食完好滿足,久唔久食一次係接受到。餐廳環境都佈置到好似入咗日本居酒屋咁,貼滿日式poster同裝飾。仲有一點係當日冷氣唔太夠,唔知係咪因為開舖冇耐,再加上我地食燒肉對住個火,所以有啲熱。另外見到如果係hku學生仲有9折。

We ordered Australian M9 Wagyu beef. The beef was cut in thin slice and we put it on the hot stone. We put it for around 30s. It was super juicy with strong beef flavor.


Also, we ordered a sukiyaki set with veggies. We put all the veggie into the hot bowl and then put the wagyu beef on it. We dipped the beef with raw egg. Delicious!!


We were so full after finished the two sets. From now on, you can add HKD 98 for unlimited beef tongue in 1 hour. Make sure you book upon arrival as I visited on weekdays and it was fully seated.
