是日立春!預訂了The One 19樓的Harlan’s吃semi lunch buffet慶祝下(在搜尋的同時發現原來午餐一點都不昂貴,晚餐就另說了)不過可惜最近天氣不似預期,最初想起佢個露天位置打下卡,點知大霧到連對面的大廈也看不見還好的是Harlan’s以落地大玻璃設計所以都有大量日光打照著,彩光度非常好Semi Lunch Buffet 時間由中午12時至下午4時 (L.O.: 3PM)時間也長,而且每位只是$298,超級抵!如果在星期一至四更買三送一,非常超值先揀一款主菜, 然後馬上出去buffet corner揀野食嚕新鮮沙律菜有3款, 混合沙律3-4款, harlan's出名的餐前包, 甜品7-8款, 巴馬火腿蜜瓜, 自家製肝醬多士等等, 以semi-buffet嚟講, 種類算係咁混合沙律和甜品我眼見在refill時會轉換款式, 無咁悶行了一round,各樣也拿了少許沙律我配咗蘋果意大利香醋醬, 酸酸甜甜好開胃, 仲拎咗好多我最喜愛嘅芝麻葉, 好新鮮哈蜜瓜都好甜, 巴馬火腿又唔會過咸, 好match另外有款以泰式調味嘅鴨胸芋絲沙律都好出色, 推介不過自家製肝醬多士,件多士

沙律我配咗蘋果意大利香醋醬, 酸酸甜甜好開胃, 仲拎咗好多我最喜愛嘅芝麻葉, 好新鮮
哈蜜瓜都好甜, 巴馬火腿又唔會過咸, 好match
另外有款以泰式調味嘅鴨胸芋絲沙律都好出色, 推介
不過自家製肝醬多士,件多士就比較硬, 肝醬就正常發揮
慢食了第一round後, 我唔敢吃過多, 因為仲要留肚吃主菜和甜品

比目魚啖啖肉, 外皮是煎到半脆, 面頭仲加了點牛油果醬和檸檬汁之類的, 
魚質嫩得嚟唔會散亂又無骨, 好啱我呢d又鐘意食魚但又怕骨的人
配了小米沙律, 成個主菜都很健康!

而男友主菜是加了$100的美國頂級西冷牛扒 (Medium)
高級餐廳係唔同, 上菜的擺盤都特別精緻, 粉嫩色的牛肉, 配上鮮橙色的甜南瓜茸, 即時添上色彩感。廚師預先平均切好三大件
我試了一少口, 牛扒很稔嫩, 就算唔點醬汁, 吃原汁原味已很出色

其實主菜的份量本人覺得剛好, 因為還有甜品
本人一向對朱古力都不是首選,所以感覺朱古力甜品是較甜
幾款甜品全都吃下去,
個人最喜歡的是酸味味的檸檬撻和布甸
布甸細滑奶味濃

檸檬撻是比較酸,但撻皮一齊食,就中和了
其後我仲見到有人拎Maracons, 可見甜唔種類都會在refill 時轉換

Semi buffet 是包含茶啡等基本飲品
Iced latte 是加了$20
熱檸茶也是原壺上的,可以慢慢傾慢慢飲,放假就是hea 和chill
