To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽講佢個湯底選用上等牛腩加十幾種獨家香料炖煮77四十八小時而成🧐  飲啖湯試試虛實先🥄 個湯有少少辣辣地但多多油油地🥘  個人就麻麻地個湯底🙊  覺得上次食嘅麻醬麵岀色啲🤤  牛腩夠淋夠入味牛筋有咬口都不俗👌🏻  值得一讚係個麵質好煙韌😋  食到最後都唔會俾啲湯浸到淋晒🍜
