To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在好奇心驅使下去試這間台灣菜, 有不錯嘅食評, 係咪真係好先??首先, 餐廳位置在2樓, 但因為係唐樓, 需要爬頗多級樓梯, 不適合長者。因沒有預訂, 所以等了一陣子才有位, 店員服務態度也不差。而餐廳環境太陳舊...或許是賣點, 可惜我不懂欣賞。
