To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

那一年, 跟朋友到了尖沙咀的分店大飽口福, 這一年, 知道旺角也開了一間分店, 就與朋友來到了一探味道. 店裏幽暗浪漫動人的环境, 配以點點蜡光, 依舊是浪漫動人; 這裏還有空中花園平台, 看著外面城市的灯光, 別有一番風味。餐廳的菜款豐富, 一個2人餐已十分飽肚; 當中包括海鮮拼盤一個, 意大利火腿卷低溫慢煮鮑魚,鱸魚柳紅菜頭銀魚柳蕃茄醬及開心菓意大利雪糕伴金箔甜品等……款款精緻特色;味美可口.海鮮拼盤, 有4隻生蠔, 凍蝦2隻及翡翠螺2隻, 生蠔新鮮, 洁白滑身, 充滿海水味, 十分清甜; 而凍蝦, 味道清甜, 肉質爽口,蝦味濃郁; 至於翡翠螺, 大大隻, 肉質較韌, 爽口清甜, 吃極不膩。吃完海鮮拼盤, 到小食了, 意大利火腿卷低溫慢煮鮑魚,這隻鮑魚的賣相十分精緻吸引, 磯燒的外表, 煙燻味濃郁, 咬下去的口感韌韌的, 配以黑色的醬汁, 甜甜的, 更能突出鮑魚的鮮味; 之后來一客主菜鱸魚柳紅菜頭銀魚柳蕃茄醬, 洁白的魚柳, 魚油豐富, 配以忌廉般的醬汁, 十分棉滑; 入口即溶的口感; 而紅菜頭粒健康, 置於面上使賣相更為吸引;  吃完來一客甜品, 青色的蜜瓜味雪糕配以紅莓及桃梨,
