To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友想食日式放題,今次選了去銅鑼灣分店,比起同樣昰極尚大喜屋的加連威老道分店,這裏覺環境較開揚舒服同好坐。客人只要透過WeChat掃瞄檯面一張附有QR code 打印單,便可通過極尚大喜屋戶口直接落單,確認order 後久,食物便陸陸續續送到。在等待食物送上其間,當然要去一去自助區探索下有咩好野食。食物除一貫熱、冷盤,沙津外,居然仲有即切片皮鴨、乳豬和燒雞 ,里D我已經冇咩興趣食,所以我只係帶左一盅燉湯返位。飲品方面:清酒、梅酒、啤酒、罐裝汽水.......任拿任飲  。
