To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 上網見到馬鞍山分店有新店開張優惠，第二碗拉麵半價，於是就趁有優惠特登過黎試下。咁就叫左橫濱家系豚骨拉麵($80)，黑 ($78)仲追加左替玉($2)，枱面仲有麥茶可以飲橫濱家系豚骨拉麵，個湯底幾濃味，豚肉夠嫩滑，整體質素高黑，個黑蒜油湯底幾香口，因為比較肚餓，所以再額外追加左個替玉替玉，追加先加$2，份量認真抵佢枱面仲有D調味料，可以按照個人口味再添加。另外佢仲可以問職員拎高菜，紅薑絲同生蒜，我地拎左D高菜，放落拉麵食時少少辣辣地因為有第二客半價優惠，所以都幾抵食
