To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 路過亂入,坐低先發現原來坐擁7屆米芝蓮,頓時有啲期待,環境從店員招呼都不俗,打開餐牌價錢都合理扎肉撈檬都係正常發揮,花生碎同蘿蔔絲增添爽脆口感,檬粉軟硬適中,枱面有辣椒魚露提供,可以撈檬生牛肉湯河都幾大碗,湯底有牛味但唔會好油,拌勻後牛肉剛好熟透,河粉偏幼身,質地唔錯蝦濃湯睇落好濃,但其實質地同蝦味都唔算好濃,蔬菜款式同分量都幾多,幾爽脆幾靚,個湯直接飲都可以冇諗過牛油雞翼係雞全翼,好香牛油味,炸得好脆,食落好香口,仲有啲蒜蓉一齊炸,脆醬唔會好厚,出色生菜質素都唔錯,肉碎好辣,應該係指天椒,辣味掩蓋哂其他味道普通越式春捲,勝在即炸又唔會好油。整體菜式水準都合格,但實在未有驚艷。價錢都好平實,不過可能我本身對味精敏感,食完灌極水都好口渴
