To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間海港真係垃圾中既XO ,簡單一碟小炒王，無蝦乾沒所謂，但未見識過得2成九菜花，5成合掌瓜絲、其餘好似廚餘咁，有油炸鬼兩三舊、紅椒、芋頭絲、硬身五花腩三四塊、好腥既蜆肉，根本不是小炒王，而係炒廚餘。另外乳鴿乾憎憎，似翻炸完，其他都不須多講，呢間分店係我第一次來食，亦係最後一次！！！ 服務態度超級差！！平時食開淘大分店海港，因為full晒，才試吓過來大圍海港食，點知一食食出真感情咁大個人食嘢，從來未試過亦冇諗過會劣評一間餐廳，亦都係第一次
