呢間新韓燒餐廳係公司附近,裝修高檔,看到很多人食$380 Omakase, 包左自選前菜,蒸蛋,四款肉類,主食同甜品,覺得性價比好像不錯,於是搵左平日夜晚一試,暫時book 位都唔算難。呢間餐廳主打既熟成牛肉,應該係想吸引著重肉類質素又想韓燒感覺既客人。我十分欣賞間餐廳既marketing plan,因為熟成牛肉係香港都係幾新穎既概念,而家佢食物擺盤十分漂亮十分岩打卡,食品種類都多元化,除左燒肉,仲有炸雞、醬油蟹、平壤冷麵,雪濃湯等等,你諗到既韓菜精華佢都有。但種類一多,就會令人擔心會唔會係多而不精?至於大家關心既價錢,以裝潢黎睇,又唔算特別貴既,lunch set 平均120蚊(未加一)晚餐散叫同類食品都冇特別加價。佢幾款既前菜種類在晚上會更豐富,例如多左蟹仔同魚仔,個人推介泡菜十分入味,蟹仔比較少見十分大隻!魚仔就比較細條冇咩口感。全部可以refill首次黎既前菜可自選,最受歡迎係白切肉(單叫~$8x)同和牛他他(單叫~$2xx)。見到和牛他他貴敢多,但自選又唔使加錢,緊係叫最貴既來試。結果真的不錯,比起後來既燒肉更喜歡和牛他他😅平時唔鍾意全生既肉因為會覺得唔夠肉味,但呢度既他他唔

佢幾款既前菜種類在晚上會更豐富,例如多左蟹仔同魚仔,個人推介泡菜十分入味,蟹仔比較少見十分大隻!魚仔就比較細條冇咩口感。全部可以refill

首次黎既前菜可自選,最受歡迎係白切肉(單叫~$8x)同和牛他他(單叫~$2xx)。見到和牛他他貴敢多,但自選又唔使加錢,緊係叫最貴既來試。結果真的不錯,比起後來既燒肉更喜歡和牛他他😅
平時唔鍾意全生既肉因為會覺得唔夠肉味,但呢度既他他唔係全生,睇到顏色都有少少啡,唔係血紅,牛味十分香濃,撈埋蛋汁加埋清甜梨肉,用紫菜包著吃,口感清新!一點也不膩!大推👍

接著熱騰騰的韓式蒸蛋就到了,配料有菇同蟹籽,冒著蒸氣十分吸引。口感卻有點普通,就是普通蒸蛋,而且是不夠滑的蒸蛋,味道較淡,個人比較喜歡日式蒸蛋😅

接著係最期待既燒肉拼盤,一定要試下肉質係咪真係敢出色?!如果以呃like 程度係100分🤣個present 手法好高檔,望落都唔錯。我地叫左員工幫手燒,但好明顯員工都較新,會同經理表示唔識燒,叫經理自己燒(連學都懶?😅)後來有個較有經驗既員工來幫手,佢幫我按順序燒

⭐️1)和牛羽下肉(兩小片)
花紋好靚,有牛味,唔好燒太耐因為薄


⭐️2)熟成牛扒(薄)
食唔出同羽下肉既分別,可能員工將兩者都燒得一樣全熟,冇左軟嫩的口感,都有牛味


⭐️3)韓國五花肉(薄)
其實油花唔錯,但好少食咁薄既五花肉片,冇左正宗韓燒既痛快感覺


⭐️4)熟成醬油牛肋骨(最大份)
呢個唔好食,勁多筋,好難咬👎每次加左「熟成」兩個字都充滿期待但食完又覺得好普通冇特別



👉🏿燒的過程中一直同員工講唔想燒太熟,佢都不斷話未熟未熟,係都要全熟先俾我地😅我覺得自己燒比較好,本來咁靚既餐廳想享受下服務,但大家對員工唔好咁大期望,好多都比較新。

👉🏿通常韓式燒肉都會包生菜,呢度都有提供,但因為肉比較薄,包完就會好似食唔到肉感,始終韓燒要厚切,再剪條包著食才爽。如果當佢係韓式扒房會較好,韓燒黎講唔算正宗!同埋佢個燒網質素麻麻,好易燒燶,佢附送既韓國年糕都係可以燒,但會痴著d「鑊撈」髒髒的唔太吸引😅

👉🏿另外生菜盤還有胡蘿蔔🥕但非常厚切,唔知以為成條「啪」餵白兔敢,唔知想裝飾定點?😅

食完燒肉已經好飽,但包左個主食,就叫左雪濃湯,仲配左紫菜飯。個湯唔好同韓國比較,一定係韓國既神仙雪濃湯好飲好多,呢度好普通,奶味較牛味重,無特別!

結論:綜合左男朋友意見,食完超飽!但肉質冇特別,唔好對「熟成」兩個字太高期望,非正宗韓燒,由於主打肉質失望,唔算性價比高(兩人賣單$836)。

對呢間餐廳既感覺係適合打卡,著重包裝多於食品本身。佢完美既擺盤,omakase 既包裝下,會令你眼花繚亂,失去對肉質重點既要求,會令你不斷敢影相,但食完又唔太想推介其他人食咁😂

Ps: 我book 左630,但615已到達並安排入座,員工給我安排了一個天花漏水的卡位,新餐廳敢快漏水😅明知漏水,寧願係我面前擦走椅上積水都唔幫我安排新座位,明明早到有很多位置🙃
