To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身同親戚諗住去東薈軒飲茶,點知去到先發現原來已結業!(可能我們有一個月無去既關係)轉了聯邦,由於太多人等位,所以決定黎稻香。我地都係第一次黎,由於位置距離巴士站較遠,所以等了十分鐘左右就有位。我地一共叫了7個點心,除了長粉之外,其他點心等了十五至二十分鐘左右都有了。當時我見門口都冇咩人等位,可能廚房問題,我地叫左個長粉竟然等左40分鐘都黎唔到,我地已經追左2-3次,但係個d呀姐態度認真馬馬!叫我地等一等,之後當無件事發生!最後我地等唔到,埋單走左。我對呢間野真係有d失望,估唔到大集團,食物唔係特別好食,追野食又比人當透明,如果有得選擇,一定唔會再黎!!!最過份一碟長粉竟然等咁耐都無!唉
