去完荃灣廣場睇完戲,就搵下附近有咩食,見到有間餐廳出面有張吧台,就行左入去。餐廳都幾光猛寬敞,點知坐低左先知係食車仔麵。餐廳用qr code落單超級方便,下單冇耐就已經黎左我面前。 ⦁招牌南乳燜豬手撈麵 $48餐廳既豬手燜得好淋好入味,仲要有好多豬手,超級滿足。 ⦁重慶麻辣秘制牛筋腩撈麵 $56麵底揀左一丁,辣度小辣,配埋自製火辣菜脯,超級惹味。菜脯同辣椒籽有點多,如果怕辣,建議唔好撈晒,否則味道會太濃太辣。牛筋腩燜得好入味,亦都夠淋,牛筋夠晒彈牙,應該湯麵會仲正。 ⦁冷泡茶(白桃烏龍/四季春)天氣咁熱梗係揀冷泡茶啦!個人力推桃味同烏龍茶味,解辣之餘仲有淡淡的桃味,有種refresh的感覺。 食完同店主吹下水,原來餐廳已經40年歷史,由荔枝角搬到過黎荃灣,仲有「阿荔」尼個名系代表荔枝角既意思。雖然依家係第二代接手,仍然保留豬手同牛筋腩的傳統味道。

餐廳既豬手燜得好淋好入味,仲要有好多豬手,超級滿足。
