To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 繼上星期難吃單人麵餐後,星期六29號終於試埋個4人套餐。先黎雞絲粉皮,好奇怪個汁係甜的,吳明點解佢地完全調吳出麻味的東西。豆腐羹幾好,吳太鹹,宮爆蝦球好大隻,填鴨係我至愛,但講真半隻份量只有差不多4份1隻,配菜好少,但皮跟鴨味道都幾好。茶樹菇小豆苗,可能因為湯夠味所以菇吳太難吃,我地全家都吳喜歡食小豆苗,覺得同草無分別。小籠包無問題,另加左個鍋貼亦美味。總括黎講,呢間分店d麵極差,好彩其他菜尚算ok, 不能不提d 茶,需係茶包但好好飲 (我地2次都叫烏龍), 此外service 亦好好,收碟換野非常快。佢地亦有提供點心,下次可能試下。
