To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前新開張見佢日日都排長龍，今晚想加餸，見無乜人排隊就一於俾次機會試一試佢。佢由下午三點開始到晚上八點，每個鐘頭整點都會出一次爐，賣$48特價原隻烤雞🐔🐔$48定時出爐限量烤雞🐔購買程序：⏱18:50到達，係門口排定隊，等派籌⏱18:55 呀姐出黎派籌，我係第七個✌🏻 繼續排住隊等出爐買雞⏱19:09 新鮮焗好，燒雞出爐，排隊俾錢兼即時拎埋隻雞走🐔🐔 唔係講笑，呢袋雞都有啲重量🍽🐔開餐😋食評：自己拆件，隻雞一啲唔難起肉，我唔係好識都好輕易起到肉，求其見到肉就撕出黎😂，直到見骨為止。一打開見隻雞焗到金黃色已經好驚喜，百里香烤雞都幾入味，唔洗點佢附送既醬料都夠味道。(btw, 感覺跟餐送嗰盒醬料好味精，係好味但少點為妙。) 肉質幼嫩，一啲都唔鞋口，以$48黎講，性價比好高，非常抵食。👍🏻下次屋企唔夠餸，絕對會再幫襯買呢個特價原隻烤雞。😋至於店家其他食物掂唔掂就唔sure，見好多人都話好味精，所以我都有啲保留唔係好夠膽買。
