聽朋友介紹銅鑼灣三原,地點近利園,裝修仲好靚💗原來由將軍澳搬咗過海,賣點全店都由日本師傅主理,今次serve我哋嘅師傅嚟自日本銀座。鍾意日本師傅,因為匠人精神,一定將食物研究到極致。賣相靚靚外,一定係最俾心機。Lunch menu幾相宜,分$480同$780,相差一道龍蝦或鮑魚。揀咗個480試下,都好有驚喜!值得一讚,每個位仲有手寫name tag,好貼心亦有溫度。💬前菜|季節のサラダ沙律前菜用咗新鮮芒果汁做醬,醒一醒個胃。💬汁物Soup蟹籽蟹肉茶碗蒸茶碗蒸個底非常嫩滑,亦都唔會太鹹,on top有大量蟹肉!好鮮甜,亦好有咬口。💬進肴Entrée|北海道産ホタテ貝柱のカツレツ奈良漬タルタルソース旁邊嘅店員非常好,每一道菜都會簡單咁介紹吓,師傅唔識中文都唔太大問題。超有心機,將春卷皮切成絲咁幼細,包住日本嘅帶子煎香,top係奈良漬配上少少蛋黃醬配少少三文魚子,整道菜有唔同嘅層次,喺出邊係未食過嘅。💬追行Seafood|本日の魚料理銀鱈魚魚皮脆卜卜!旁邊有自制嘅紫菜汁,鹹鹹香香咁帶出佢個鮮味!💬主来Main|和牛漢堡 和牛薄燒和牛薄燒,油脂唔算太重,好軟淋,加上壽喜燒汁同蛋黃。另外朋友揀咗
