To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友兩個人去馬鞍山食晚飯,叫咗個D餐,$488日本九州黑毛和牛肩脊&海鮮放題,星期五六日同埋公眾假期及前夕每位加多10蚊,未連加一。海鮮有青口、魷魚、蜆、廣島蠔、虎蝦、帆立貝6款。至於肉類方面,呢個餐主打日本九州黑毛和牛肩脊同澳洲和牛肩脊,其次係牛頸脊同封門柳。澳洲和牛肩脊油花好豐富,入口即溶好鬆化。食完一碟再叫,都好快上枱,唔會hold住唔上俾你。海洋方面正正常常,蝦唔霉但又唔係爽口果隻。呢個餐我地都係主力食牛反而海鮮好少掂。
