To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

暫別5年後再來,看看食物的水準有沒有提升更高層次。服務水準仍然是那麽好。食物方面,有些地方真是要有改善。好的推介有: 蘋果义燒酥蝦籽柚皮生扣鵝掌就要多加改善,柚皮不夠入味及太瘦。鵝掌未曾炆夠火候,仍然太爽。期待您的改善。飯後的糖水,我個人認為甜度交回給廚房師傅會更好。因為現在做法,太古怪。而且普通事情複雜化了。整體也好味道,只是部份地方多加改善。以上全是我個人的感覺,各人也有不同口味。謝謝您,粵的經理。
