To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前試左St.Regis ge afternoon tea今次就試吓佢地嘅米芝蓮中菜廳今次晚餐同行一共18人,但要分三張枱😂餐廳地方好闊落,環境優美。人均消費連酒,每位$3,000 但食物環境同服務都好高質,對得住價錢必吃菜式煙燻鵝肝,非常之好吃我感覺好味到我可以食晒一碟😂煙熏味好香,鵝肝質地好軟滑叉燒涼拌魷魚鬚椰皇燉鮑魚,一個好清甜嘅湯又好多料烏魚子炒飯,食到最後一道菜好飽但呢個飯真係好好食片皮鴨多人嘅話都可以點甜品 番石榴楊枝甘露係季節限定 非常清新解膩,而且味道配搭好有創意
