To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 先有沙律以及松葉蟹蒸蛋打響頭炮,必須大讚蒸蛋真係有大量松葉蟹肉,而且滑溜到不得了🥰

接着,就係14件嚴選壽司,大部份壽司都係白身魚,有油香得嚟唔會太過肥膩👌🏻先有加上辣椒蘿蔔蓉嘅清甜真鯛、青檸汁爽口帆立貝,兩款都較為清新開胃。

跟住呢幾款都係我最愛嘅壽司❤️‍🔥
有被美譽為海洋武士刀嘅太刀魚。魚身呈現閃亮銀白色,師傅將表皮燒香,在加上五色芝麻,色彩繽紛之餘,份外香口🤤
來自鹿兒島嘅間八,油脂豐富,加上用米、麵豉、辣椒製成嘅三升漬,更香濃😋
芝麻燒梳子魚,雖然肉質相對散少少,但勝在魚油香,輕輕燒一燒加芝麻已經好美味。
不得不讚北海道牡丹蝦🦐肉質漿口,好新鮮。飯團仲加入咗蝦膏,鮮味十足。
肥美銀鱈魚輕輕燒過🐟增添油脂香,伴柚子胡椒能成功中和油膩感。

另外當然唔少得廚師發辦嘅長備款式🤣鮮甜北海道馬糞海膽、肥美無筯拖羅、京蔥醬油漬吞拿魚醬油漬。

仲有全餐我最愛嘅青魚棒,用上紫蘇葉包裹,配甜甜地嘅白昆布醬汁,齒頰留香😚

最後可以揀綠茶蕎麥麵,或者麵豉湯。另外仲會有杏仁咖啡雪糕作完美結束🥳

已經係第二次到訪呢間日本關東江戶前壽司店,依然冇令我失望。$518可以品嚐到14件壽司真係超值之選,必須一試💕
