To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 北京樓最近做緊匯豐信用卡四人套餐優惠,今日過嚟試下。呢間分店只俾我地book 6pm呢個時段 (其他時段要walkin),限時入座起計90分鐘要交枱。建議要book定枱,都幾爆,就算平日星期二都要等位。佢個四人晚市套餐$968包以下9樣菜式,做緊原價六折。以下會點評一下: 🔶️茉莉茶燻素鵝 (9.5/10)好鍾意呢味餸,食落甜甜地。外皮煙煙靭靭,入面素鵝有咬口。味道驚喜,口感都十分好。🔶️醩香酒醉雞 (8/10)有酒味,雞皮都脆。 但雞肉唔算特別滑,一般醉雞感覺。🔶️高郵鹹蛋蝦球(9.5/10)高郵鹹蛋十分香口, 蝦球好大粒,蝦質脆口多肉,外層的鹹蛋好惹味!中意!🔶️海皇燕窩羹(7/10)個羹冇咩味,最強係胡椒味。但都食到蝦同燕窩,口感唔錯。🔶️烤北京填鴨一隻 (8.5/10)4個人食一隻片皮鴨,好飽好滿足! 鴨片都香脆,不過肥左一啲。皮是足夠的,但配菜可以再多點!🔶️松子菊花魚球(9/10)外貌好吸睛。米通上有大大舊菊花魚球。米通趁熱食夠脆,酸甜汁ok,魚球炸得有少少乾過龍。🔶️蟲草花炒小豆苗 (9/10)清新既小豆苗,爽口唔老,十分新鮮,中和片皮鴨既油腻感。🔶️美心迷你冰皮月餅(2/10)好冇誠意

🔶️烤北京填鴨一隻 (8.5/10)
4個人食一隻片皮鴨,好飽好滿足! 鴨片都香脆,不過肥左一啲。皮是足夠的,但配菜可以再多點!

🔶️松子菊花魚球(9/10)
外貌好吸睛。米通上有大大舊菊花魚球。米通趁熱食夠脆,酸甜汁ok,魚球炸得有少少乾過龍。

🔶️蟲草花炒小豆苗 (9/10)
清新既小豆苗,爽口唔老,十分新鮮,中和片皮鴨既油腻感。

🔶️美心迷你冰皮月餅(2/10)
好冇誠意咁送上迷你包裝美心冰皮月餅,自己開埋包裝。不嬲覺得冰皮月餅唔好食。

🍵茶芥我地叫左菊花茶,都幾清幾好飲又消濟。😊
呢個dinner set 算係性價比幾高高,佢另外有個非信用咭既4人套餐$10×× 都係得半隻片皮鴨。不過佢係有少少趕,準時90分鐘請你埋單。
