打邊爐冇分四季,一年到晚相約幾個老友出嚟吹水實係有人會提議打邊爐,貪佢坐得耐,淥淥下啲嘢唔會凍,今晚約咗幾個老友出嚟聚一聚,約響呢間尖沙咀616食肥牛火鍋。以我奄Jim大少黎講,打邊爐梗係要食肥牛啦,但潮流你下野已經食到好刁鑽,唔係淨係叫碟肥牛甘簡單,而家點菜係要以牛嘅部位你點,今晚響呢間火鍋店真係令我大開眼界,食盡唔通牛嘅部位。位於赫德道the Hart 1樓好易搵,一入去感覺好舒服以木色為橫裝,感覺己有格調,一開門就見到幾筒釀製啤酒嘅大統,原來呢度已自製手工啤為名,啱晒我哋呢啲老友鬼鬼嘆下啤酒吹下水。呢度嘅服務員招呼幾周度,先主動介紹唔同牛嘅部位同埋口感味道,食嘢其間又會主動埋嚟加湯收碟,服務真係唔錯。服務員介紹咗比我地知道唔同區嘅部位後,我哋就用部iPad自助下單,616主打食樓,有重點推介、特色推介、同埋罕有推介,有機種類都有廿幾30款,完全滿足晒愛牛者,其他配菜選擇不多,但都OK嘅打邊爐主要都係食肥牛嘅!店長推介青花椒湯底配牛骨湯,青花椒香味撲鼻,少少辣,湯底唔會油浸咁,值得一試,牛骨湯已香濃牛骨做湯底,夠牛骨仲黐住啲牛肉,非常之香淋!必食推介係牛朴肉,即係牛頸脊,雪花分明,

我個人幾鍾意食匙柄呢個部位,我之前都未聽過喎,原來係牛下肩胛肉,非常淋滑。

仲有叫咗金花趾,係牛後肌腱中心位置,特別有咬口勁彈牙,之前都未食過呢個部位啊!

食到咁上下我哋又點左全消,呢度嘅牛舌全消好正,一定要試吓,好爽口,配埋呢杯手工啤簡直係Perfect match!

呢度嘅手工啤有好特別嘅名,我叫左呢杯「這些機會不是屬於我的」,酒味唔濃厚,有花香,非常易入口,啱晒想飲少少酒嘅女士!

呢間鋪頭去到八點幾都幾多人架,可能係尖沙咀旺區,越夜越多人,記住一定要book位啊,下次可以帶埋女朋友坐Window seat!
