To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

店舖收22:30 last Oder 21:30 ,當日9:18 到達，店舖只有大約七至八枱客人，有位女職員稱已截單不能再入，唯有有下次。到下一次 9:08 到達，仍然係入唔到 ，又係已截單，又係那位女職員稱因不夠時間洗爐，所以早截單，咁門口9:30 last Oder 是有何作用？明白夜晚10:30係你地離開時間，不是10:30 先開始收工洗爐，咁請你門口更改9:00 last Oder ,你咪慢慢洗爐，冇人阻你收工，你收工係時間，我跟足你指引9:30 last Oder 9:08 都唔入得，我搭車來食飯就唔係時間？食評就冇因為根本入唔到去，唔係冇位呀，係唔比你呀，唔好阻人收工呀。
