Hunting local delicacies with air-con under heat wave 🌊.😋 staff arranged a super cool corner for us, otherwise, I would have been melted before having a chance to enjoy this “shark’s fin soup” - vinegar is definitely a acid touch for this heaty weather ! .😂 greedily ordered lo shui platter, the portion is way bigger than we expected, stuffed and there’s no room to order their yummy rice roll 🥲 the lo shui sauce is less sweeter than Swiss sauce but quite strong in sichuan peppercorns and anise 😝.

🤭wish the noodle could be much al dente! Staff highly recommended their freshly-made crunchy pork lard !! Nostalgic way to serve it with noodle~

😋we are much fond of the crunchy squid 🦑than curry squid, probably the curry doesn’t fit our taste bud
