Bari Uma offers a simple preposition - chicken or pork ramen; with spicy or tonkotsu broth. While it does this pretty well, it would be far fetched to claim superiority among the many ramen chains here and Michelin-starred Ichiran looming behind. Its a good ramen joint but if you want the best, visit the rest.
