Ordering is by checking off a piece of paper.

Boyfriend and I ordered snacks. Fried chicken ($12) and gyoza ($12). You get two of each. They weren't very good. The gyoza was the frozen kind and nothing special. The fried chicken was just plain oily and not much else. Save your $12. Skip the snacks.

Boyfriend ordered the spicy miso version ($40).  It came with one char siu. This was pretty spicy and not much else.

I had the roasted miso ramen ($40) and added an egg ($11). It also came with one char siu.

The egg was ok. Runny yolk but it wasn't marinated.

The noodles were the thick kind. A nice al dente texture.

The soup, however, was a bit disappointing despite we saw the staff flame roasting the soup. It wasn't rich in taste at all. No depth of flavor. A bit sad.

For $40, it's a pretty good deal. But the ramen wasn't that great. A bit glad I only paid afternoon tea prices instead of full price as this bowl was not worth $80 at all. For $40, I can agree with.
