The Flying Elk, a Nordic inspired restaurant from Stockholm. We have ordered three starters and a main with side salad. Three starters:- Roasted scallop (a must to order in Nordic restaurant) - Lobster Roll- Steak tartare (full portion with chilli fries) Main:Quail and Foie Gras (must try if you like foie gras, tender quail and foie gras match perfectly) The lobster roll is good but not amazing, would prefer NY style personally.
