Uma Nota is a dependable restaurant for a good meal. But it’s not without its flaws. I like the staff: always friendly, always obliging. I like the food: flavourful (but not overly salty which is unfortunately quite often the case nowadays), fresh and interesting in a good way. What I don’t like is the noise level, I could barely hear my friend who was sitting next to me. I feel that knowledge of sign language would be handy in this place.
