Deep Fired Clams 🐚炸到金黃色,粉漿唔會太厚,雖然炸蜆肉,細細粒,但係都夠肥美飽滿,有趣嘅係飲返白酒會突顯返佢嘅酸度,令到青蘋果同石榴味更加突出

一開蓋,個香氣已經非常之突出😍,用咗陶瓷煲,保溫效果極佳,食咗20分鐘都依然咁熱,係冬天食超級幸福,半邊龍蝦🦞經過牛油煎焗,肉質鮮甜有彈性,意大利咪做到Al dente粒粒飽滿👍🏻

中度單寧,都容易接受,飲落去帶少少朱古力味,再帶輕微嘅皮革味,中度酒體,配埋豬腩肉效果更加柔和

豬腩肉炆得好入味,咬落有彈性,中間會夾住一片片嘅青瓜🥒,肥膏咪食囉一啲都唔油膩,仲覺得係甘香😍同紅酒嘅配搭係Perfect❤️
