作為牛油控嘅我,菠蘿油,鮮油多呢啲每年都唔知比我殲滅幾多落肚,只要係同牛油有關嘅新菜式我係絕對唔會錯過🤤🤤一知道十字冰室推出安佳牛油系列我又點可以唔帶埋閨蜜一齊衝去試。今次推出嘅三款新產品分別係金沙滑蛋菠蘿包、軟殼蟹親子菠蘿包同埋胡麻烏冬撈😎😎金沙滑蛋菠蘿包$58 菠蘿包中間夾住大大片滑蛋,牛油炒滑蛋係永恆不變嘅perfect match,牛油嘅香溶入蛋入面,入口又香又滑食到中間仲發現夾住半熔嘅芝士吸引度直線上升再配埋咸蛋黃醬帶有小小咸香,微甜鬆軟嘅菠蘿包,成個味道好豐富好有層次,充滿新鮮感。軟殼蟹親子菠蘿包$98無疑係金沙滑蛋菠蘿包嘅升級版,喺金沙滑蛋菠蘿包嘅美味上再配上原隻炸軟殼蟹同蟹子令成個菠蘿包嘅口感更上一層樓,除左原有嘅嫩滑同咸香,仲多左蟹嘅鮮味同脆卜卜嘅口感,食完一啖又一啖,真係停唔到口。胡麻烏冬撈$78 胡麻醬撈烏冬應該好多人都食過,但呢個嘅特別之處係個醬汁用安佳牛油慢煮,再加埋小小芝士mix出黎,又香又creamy🤤🤤埋合彈牙嘅烏冬再用石鍋上菜有小小焦香,一上菜已經流晒口水茶餐廳平時食唔少,但今次呢三個菜式真心有驚喜,如果你同我一樣鍾意試新嘢又鍾意食茶記千祈唔好錯過今次
