So many disappointments:1. Both my friend and I phoned the restaurant multiple time during opening hours to book a reservation, only to be sent to a weird sounding voicemail.2. Arrived early to try get a table, was told 90 mins dining time only. Told receptionist friends were about 10 mins away and would like to wait for them to arrive first, but was ignored and got brought to a table3. Dining tables were uncomfortably small, could hardly fit all our dishes4. Music horribly loud, couldn’t hold a

2. Arrived early to try get a table, was told 90 mins dining time only. Told receptionist friends were about 10 mins away and would like to wait for them to arrive first, but was ignored and got brought to a table
3. Dining tables were uncomfortably small, could hardly fit all our dishes
4. Music horribly loud, couldn’t hold a proper conversation, was a headache
5. At 80 mins we wanted to order a dessert, but was told it was time to return the table so wasn’t allowed to order dessert, and was given the bill instead. Never in my life have I been declined and shooed out of a restaurant like this 🤯
Food was nice (meatballs, deep fried pizza, lobster pasta), still had stuff on the menu I wanted to come back to try (spaghetti alle vongole, soft shell prawn) - but after the whole experience I can’t bring myself to😢
