好吃是好吃,毕竟是Black Sheep集团旗下,出品一般都不会差。人气也很高,几次工作日中午路过都在排长队 (walk-in only),但开在IFC这样的地方确实毫无性价比。·主打pasta和pizza,short menu,定位应该是Italian bistro但又不明确。菜式和食材都只能算小酒馆,份量也一般,全靠heavy的调味以及大量的碳水给人直白的饱腹感,但价格和环境却都不轻松。·【Carpaccio di Gamberi Rossi】红虾反复捶打成泥状,混合柠檬和葱碎的清香,橄榄油淡淡的青草和辛辣香气次第推进,让一股软糯而多变的鲜甜在味蕾上游走。·吃得这么小心仔细是因为一共就薄薄一层差不多两三口的量,恨不得把盘底刮出声来。·【Linguine al Granchio e Gamberi】没创意但不出错的番茄蒜香调味,意面相当入味,但盘底油比较大。蟹肉丝丝缕缕缠绕其间,让每一口面条都挂上若有若无的鲜味。·虾仁不知是默认这样还是失手,我觉得处理得蛮糟糕的,肉质就跟冻货一样软耷耷,没有一丝期待中的饱满脆弹。·【Rigatoni alla Genovese】是signature之一也是最喜欢的一道,管子粗的rigatoni是得天独厚的酱汁载体,浓稠的洋葱炖牛肉酱埋在通心面下、附在通心面上、填进通心面中,在奶酪的黏合下与之融为一体,咸香味无处不在。·Rigatoni在香港的意菜餐厅中并不常见,口感也很地道,结实但并不夹生,在酱汁缓缓溢出的咬合瞬间,牙齿也能清晰地感受到它的质地。可能因为形状,我甚至觉得它比长条状意面更有嚼劲。·酒单一张是easygoing的餐酒,一张是premium selection,餐酒走量,可以by glass/half bottle/bottle,这点还是考虑细致,不过酒款介绍真的写了等于没写,非常的意大利。·Waiters态度热情幽默,但倒水拿纸巾这些细节还是有疏漏。

去完AIA嘉年華之後仔仔感到非常肚餓,便在IFC找一間餐廳進食晚餐,這間餐廳都非常之滿座,我們叫了以下兩款食物:🌟 Rigatoni alla Genovese燉牛肉、洋蔥、巴馬臣芝士這個通粉非常有特色,但牛肉夠晒入味和腍滑,份量也不少,洋蔥味非常濃厚,加上巴馬臣的芝士味道超級好味。🌟 Diavola番茄、牛奶芝士、意式辣肉腸這個正宗的意大利薄餅和其他薄餅店有極大的分別,薄餅邊非常之有咬口,口感十足,芝士味香濃蕃茄味又恰到好處。不過這個餐廳只有意大利梳打及有氣梳打水提供,所以在飲品方便款式不多,價錢亦比較貴。但環境和服務就十分滿意。

今次個 Vino pasta basta event $488 仲要包埋 free flow wines,一個字:抵!(event 不定期推出,留意佢哋嘅 social media 有資訊)是日驚喜係個 Pramigiana di Melanzane~用茄子代替咗平時嘅千層闊麵再加上蕃茄芝士嚟焗,好好食!茄子比麵條更加索汁~(而且自我感覺健康)Gamberi al Forno軟殼蝦鮮香,最緊要係個有蝦汁又帶微辣嘅汁底,用嚟點包一流Gnocchi di Semola - Italian Sausage, portobello mushroom, butternut squash, stracciatella 糰子煙靭咬口十足,最鍾意係加入咗牛油瓜同大啡菰嘅香味~另外個甜品都勁有特色~Sgroppino - 店員好 friendly 咁介紹呢款地道意式風情甜品係用上 Lemon sorbet 加埋 Prosecco 一齊食,佢哋話神奇之處係加唔同份量嘅 Prosecco 就會有唔同嘅口感,由 sorbert 慢慢可以變化到奶昔咁都得,清爽又有趣~不過個餐實在勁豐富,好飽飽食唔到某人心心念念講咗成晚聲稱自己仲可以加單食嘅拿波里 Pizza 了 🤣🤣

We went there a couple of weeks ago. When we ordered the pizza, we asked the chef to make one of our pizza without cheese on top because of food intolerance reason. He simple refused and insisted that how they run their restaurant. Even the waiter gave us same answer. Nowadays with so much information about good intolerance, we expect the chef would consider customer’s small request just a small adjustment. So disappointing experience and such a shame they he is so proud of his cooking skills to a point that he chose not to listen to customer’s need.

Probably, one of the worst service experiences so far here in HK… 🙂↕️ Service is everything in F&B and a bad service can ruin a good meal which was the case here.The food is good, so I do admit I enjoyed that part and it’s well located in ifc. However, we did not like how they pressured us constantly to give the table after 70~ minutes of eating… We came for lunch on a Saturday right at 12pm and when we arrived, the place was nearly empty and they did mention there is a 60 min time window for a table. We thought it’s weird as the only time I’ve heard of having a short window time was at dessert shops in Kowloon or 75-90 min window time during lunch hours on weekdays… but we wouldn’t expect they would actually pressure clients on this… especially for the price they charge. Then, we did order almost as soon as we sat down but obviously the food takes some time to arrive. We (unintentionally) finished our dishes probably within their 60 min time table but a waiter came and ask if we wanted to order dessert so we thought there’s no issue with the time and order desserts. This took like 10-15 min to arrive but during the waiting time, two different waiters approached to “remind” (pressure) us about the time limit even though the dessert was not at the table yet. We politely told them that we would leave once the desserts arrived and we ate them. Then again, during the dessert eating (5 min after they brought it) they came to us blaming us that we were supposed to leave by now… which is very rude. Sadly, this gave us a bitter experience… I would definitely recommend many other better places for the price you would pay here.
