To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

為咗食盡美食嘅閨蜜，做咗好多research之後終於搵到呢間餐廳同佢慶祝生日。米芝蓮一星果然名不虛傳，環境食物服務態度都一流。上每一道菜都會有專人為你介紹用咗啲咩食材同埋煮法，雖然有一半都係聽唔明，但賣相同味道我都已經非常滿意！😍最欣賞就係除咗酒以外，佢仲有有機果汁選擇，而且都係特別嘅味道，仲會好似叫紅酒咁，俾你試飲一啖先，好味先至再斟俾你😆午餐我哋叫咗四個course嘅lunch，包括頭盤兩個主菜同一個甜品，訂位同佢講係慶祝生日嘅話佢仲有特別安排，而我閨蜜都好滿意，食得好開心！最冇得輸嘅當然就係喺102樓半空中過咗一個快樂又滿足嘅lunch time！另外值得一提嘅就係Ritz-Carlton嘅staff全部都好Nice，就算餐廳外嘅staff見我哋早到咗，都介紹咗我哋去Golden Corridor度打卡影相！真係好想試埋佢哋嗰dinner同afternoon tea!
