牛尾經過長時間的慢炖,肉質軟嫩,輕輕一咬牛尾肉就能從骨頭上脫落。而且湯汁濃郁,帶有微微的甜味。透過各種韓式香料和蔬菜的熬煮,牛尾的膠原蛋白使得湯汁更加濃稠。
