Restaurant: Lo Chiu Vietnamese Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 從韓國回來,不得不說香港真的是美食天堂,只要想吃到的國家和菜式,總會在不遠的地方找得到,而且價錢合理。最近在佐敦一帶覓食,想起老趙,就跟朋友一起去踫踫運氣(不用等位就吃!)。 竟然去到不用等位,因為胃口不算大,所以點了蕃茄湯蟹粉檬和幾款小食,味道很到位,串燒點了豬肉,醬汁不辣;沒有蝦多士所以轉點蝦餅,不過AW以為會再香口點;至於春卷有生菜包著同吃,加上粉絲餡料,令AW想起韓國的餃子和烤肉 整頓飯吃得很滿足,略嫌蕃茄湯底不夠香濃,有進步的空間。豬肉串燒,沙嗲醬味濃,不辣蕃茄湯蟹粉檬,湯底可以再濃一點~蝦餅很大份,彈牙爽滑春卷有生菜包著同吃,感覺健康一點
