I have visited this restaurant with my mum several times before and as for their food and services, it was very average (nothing too good or too bad to comment on). I have visited this restaurant with my mum several times before and as for their food and services, it was very average (nothing too good or too bad to comment on). Thus, I decided to re-visit this restaurant for a quick lunch since I only had less than an hour for lunch in the area. It was a normal weekday at around 12.20pm and I asked for a seating for one person. The restaurant was not too full with several big empty tables at that time and I was told to get a ticket before seating. I was the first person to get a ticket from their ticketing  machine at that time. Afterwards, a few more people came and were told to get tickets as well. However, each time a small table was available, the table will only be given to a group of 2. I had waited for 15 mins and had watched several groups of 2 who reached much later than me got their seats. As more and more people came, I was very sure that they did not plan to give me a seat at all, so I walked away in search of another restaurant.

All in all, this is an unpleasant experience for me and I am sure that I won't come back to this restaurant anymore. Although I know it was near lunch hour at that time, your staff could have informed me that there won't be tables for single person during peak hours so I don't have to wait there as if I was invisible and wasted my short lunch time.  It just made me felt that this restaurant does not really care about their service and customers but profits and how many lunch sets they sold.
