Wanted to find a place to have afternoon tea and was told by the waiter at the door that lunch finished at 2:30pm and the restaurant is closed until 3pm for "cleaning" if we want afternoon tea. I thought it was going to be a 15 mins wait, so I decided to stay. People were still sitting inside after their lunch so I wasn't sure what "cleaning" was being done. Waited till 3:30pm before we got a table coz apparently the place was full before, but when we got in there were at least 3 tables empty. We made one comment saying "wow there's a lot of tables free, why are they making ppl queue outside" before this waiter started shouting defensively saying those tables were full before and they only just became available. We only made one comment, is there a need to shout?

Food was ok, nothing great and had better food/ coffee before. We asked for just water and they opened a bottle of $80hkd water for us without asking.

Definitely won't be coming here ever again and anyone who is thinking of coming, please be prepared for the bad attitude and service from the staff.
