Last week one of my frd was able to drive us to some place nice for dinner. After we discussed we decided to go this Balinese restaurant at Repulse Bay. This restaurant is located at ‘The Pulse’ , a dog & kid friendly complex which has a lot of nice restaurants and shops. The interior of this restaurant is hip and elegant, must have spent quite a lot to have this designed. The interior of this restaurant is hip and elegant, must have spent quite a lot to have this designed. The atmosphere was kind of dark, maybe romantic is a better word. I would say it’s a good place for anniversary or valentine’s day.
We had 4 people and they gave us long table instead, more than we needed, and later knew someone else would be sharing the table with us. Too bad they couldn’t offer us those little cute booth because they required a minimum order price.
The menu looked varied and interesting. The starters were creative and enjoyable. Both the salad and the softshell crab tasted special with their Balinese sauce. The lobster noodles was very addictive, the lobster was juicy & fresh , the noodles were handmade, on point with a bit of spicey flavor. The food got nice plating , just like art. The price was high than expected and the portion was pretty small but that’s ok because of the ambiance and experience.
