因為公司活動, 當晚包左場~ 餐廳職員好nice, 同事早到左幾個鐘都俾先放低D袋. 行到餐廳最入, 就好似相1樣咁靚, 有D藤做既椅子, 做到好似partition咁分槅枱與枱之間, 增私隱度. 不過行入去要小心, 因為高左1級+有水. 每個藤唔同size, 可以坐幾個人, 或者10+個人都得, 好適合公司活動, 因為每條team都有唔同人.公司包左D finger food + drinks, 過我地人幾多, 唔知bartender比較少做呢類event, 好似有少少手忙腳亂~ 另外雖然侍應放哂所有食物去1張大枱係方便, 但係地方好窄+我地人太多, 好唔方便.整體黎講, 打卡係唔錯, 野食正常, 但欠安排.

淺水灣The Pulse開幕之後，令那個area的人流量大大提升🔝，今次介紹的是The Pulse裏的峇里菜餐廳 TRi。TRi 餐廳佔地五千呎，裝潢落足心思，令客人彷如置身峇里一樣🎋🌾🎍🌿。最instagramable的位置一定是流水河塘上用竹編織而成的蓮花形座籃。1️⃣炭燒沙嗲串燒牛肋骨及香辣雞肉伴花生醬米糕 $175 牛肋骨軟腍得黎又有口感😋，雞肉肉質偏實但1 d都唔嚡！兩者配上花生醬汁簡直是一流🤤！2️⃣峇里島式香脆鴨腿肉配辣芒果，小黃瓜及西柚 $198 選用法國高級鴨腿肉，就算經過油炸，肉質依然嫩滑。與芒果、小黃瓜及西柚一吃感覺清新而不膩👍🏻。3️⃣炭燒峇里島龍蝦配印尼炒麵，辣椒及炒蔬菜 $578 龍蝦肉新鮮彈牙，龍蝦膏鮮甜味美！印尼炒麵有少許overcook🧐，不過味道濃郁，都唔錯！4️⃣烤牛肉配甜醬油，黑胡椒及韭蔥 $495 用安格斯肋眼肉以香料慢煮 48小時，肉質細嫩👍🏻，而且有少少食緊澳洲和牛嘅感覺😍。5️⃣峇里島式烤乳豬配木薯葉配菜 $388Bali style同一般烤乳豬好唔同，上面的乳豬皮好脆好香口，中間豬肉切片有少少似扎肉，下面豬肉件都幾juicy有陣陣葉香。6️⃣椰子油蒸有機紅米飯

夏日炎炎，最適合去沙灘玩。呢日去完沙灘決定係返附近食飯，因爲其實淺水灣都好多餐廳。之前因爲工作關係得知呢間餐廳既環境好靚，所以就借此機會去試下。一黎到見到個環境已經覺得好正，望到海景呢d當然唔少得。最特別係佢有d位置既係用竹編織既座位，形狀有d似花咁，係一條小溪上面，格外有情調。當然呢d咁好既位置係要訂位先有啦，我呢d walk in客就無緣坐了Potato Perkedel都炸得金黃香脆既，上面有d香料令佢味道更香Chicken Lalah煎得好好，外面香脆，入面嫩滑多汁，外面有d微辣既醬汁，點埋更惹味！Morning Glory普通一碟炒菜，係炒得好好食，不過呢個唔expect呢個價錢食呢dMie Goreng係好食既，但好似印尼撈面d朋友，哈哈Tabanan Chocolate反而最驚喜係甜品，朱古力餅乾配椰子奶凍+酸芒果辣椒Sorbet，2樣要加埋一齊黎食，朱古力餅乾入面有爆炸糖，所以一加埋sorbert呢d有水分既食物就會開始爆，口感好正。而且朱古力又唔會話太甜，加埋酸芒果sorbet，口感非常清新。總括而言，環境真係十分好，服務態度亦很好，食物其實全部都係好食既，不過用呢個

遇上開心的日子當然希望能在美美的地方吃著美食好好的慶祝一番那如果有一點預算的話 肥波球絕對首推這家餐廳絕對不會讓你失望 ☺️先不說食物 這裡的環境絕對是 💯讓人感覺像離開了香港 去了一個短暫旅行 😍重點 ‼️ 坐在 Lotus Pod (要先預約的喔)看著那海灘然後陽光微微的照著 聽著緩緩落水聲嗯 是真的很舒服寫意呢 ( ´͈ ᗨ `͈ )這次肥波球吃的是 Balinese Champagne Brunch (HK$680)包括 ˢᵂᴱᴱᵀ ˢᵀᴬᴿᵀᴱᴿ ˣ2 | ˢᴬᵛᴼᴿᵞ ˢᵀᴬᴿᵀᴱᴿ ˣ 3 | ᴹᴬᴵᴺ ᶜᴼᵁᴿˢᴱ | ᴰᴱˢˢᴱᴿᵀ | ᶠᴿᴱᴱ ᶠᴸᴼᵂ ᶜᴴᴬᴹᴾᴬᴳᴺᴱ 🥂↬ Sweet starter↬ Savory Starter豆子清爽可口 沾上微辣的腰果醬好啦 肥波球是看到 menu 才知道這是腰果醬食著食著還以為是咖哩呢 🙈↬ Main course所以在 🐮🐷🐥🐟 當中 還是選擇了 慢煮牛頰肉一刀切開 就能感受到慢煮那種讓肉質變得很軟腍的魅力緊緊鎖住肉的味道 是個不錯吃的主菜 💕↬ Dessert這名叫甜點的水果 就感覺不是很划算😶沒有什麼特別之處

I have never tried any Balinese food, and am intrigued by what it is like, therefore I visited TRi to have a taste of Balinese food. TRi is a zen restaurant with all the nice forestry and bamboo interior decoration, artificial river stream and chanting meditation like but enjoyable, smoothing background music. Located on the third floor of the Pulse, facing the nice Repulse Bay, TRi does give you a feeling that you are chilling in Bali. This may be why I enjoyed the whole lunch with my headphone

由於情人節和我生日已食過法國菜和西餐，今次都迎合老公愛悠閒自得、無軀無束的個性，我特意選擇了這間餐廳二人世界，感覺好像身處外地一樣！用餐當日餐廳只有我們二人，猶如包場一樣，感覺好寧願及舒服，而服務也不錯！至於食物方面，其實賣相不錯，只是我自己不太喜歡濃味的的食物，所以覺得不過不失，有少少辣，但環境一流，值得一試！不過因為老公腳長的關係，其實特色座位坐得不太舒服，如果只是飲酒就不錯。當日為慶祝生日，甜品更寫上Happy birthday 的靚字，如果食得辣，其實是幾好的選擇呢！

Last week one of my frd was able to drive us to some place nice for dinner. After we discussed we decided to go this Balinese restaurant at Repulse Bay. This restaurant is located at ‘The Pulse’ , a dog & kid friendly complex which has a lot of nice restaurants and shops.The interior of this restaurant is hip and elegant, must have spent quite a lot to have this designed. The atmosphere was kind of dark, maybe romantic is a better word. I would say it’s a good place for anniversary or valentine’

2017 年除夕夜, 一家人選了去了位於淺水灣的 TRi  (印尼 Bali 餐廳),  此餐廳好特式, 可為我們大家帶來一個 2017 年的好回憶.  面積大,  環境美 !第一特式:  電梯內, 地面會有踏水效果. 第二特式:    餐廳內裝修很原始, 令人感覺像在印尼.   紅色磚牆, 竹滕編織的籃子掛在牆上, 配木質桌椅, 其中一張特長餐檯是用天然樹幹造的, 配高腳椅, 好有氣勢.VIP 房內的餐桌也非常獨特, 檯面內藏裝飾.最有格調是 坐在籐籃用餐 (要預早訂座啊) ,  設於流水石澗上, 有多個籐籃, 分別有二至八個座位, 暗暗燈光, 令人陶醉.   大家入座前, 先要除鞋子,  桌上有鮮花. 氣氛浪漫,正中那張是不規則圓形大石檯, 大家圍坐, 要用 cushion fix 好自己座位.   又像日式要盤腿坐.坐於籐籃內, 往上望, 好像坐在船上的感覺.   而望向籐籃後面, 正是淺水灣海灘. 第三是食物特式:   好有 Fushion 感, 有禮的侍應為我們介紹  Dec. 31 & Jan. 1  特備餐牌,   $880-/guest.   包香檳, 前菜、主菜及甜品

Visted TRi on a relaxing Wednesday afternoon. Once we got in we were amazed by the long lodge table at the dining hall. Really comfortable and warm environment to dine in.We sat at the "bird nest" and enjoyed lunch by the big window overlooking the amazing view of Repulse Bay beacn. We ordered the chefs menu and were not disappointed by any of the dish TRi had to offer.Wonder, quiet and cozy dining experience with my family. Will definitely visit again.

Finally got a chance to visit TRi and it definitely live up to the hype. We ordered the chef tasting menu and we particularly enjoyed the Salada Jakarta which has a nice touch of black sesame sambal. Another highlight was Sapi Marangi - never thought that roast beef can be done so tender!We sat at the cosy bird nest which was relaxing and gave us great privacy. Really friendly staff too! Definitely recommend it!

Wanted to be there for long and finally got a chance to gowith my friend for the weekend brunch! The decor and interior design is soexotic that feel like we are actually on a holiday in Bali! Staff were friendlyand briefly introduced the dish when it is served.We stayed in the spacious bird nest with water flowingunderneath. It was so relaxing with privacy make it a great place for aromantic getaway and girls talk. Would recommend if anyone is looking forsomewhere away from the hustle and bustle

I and my gf went to this place weeks ago. The place is spacious and the decoration is nice and in Balinese style. We sat on a "bird nest" and selected two dinner sets for our first ever try Indonesia food experience.Pictures explain thousand words.Great food, great service, great atmosphere!I would definitely recommend Tri to you.

This is one of the best restaurants in Hong Kong that I would definitely recommend to my friends.
