Nothing much should be expected from the environment because of the 'FAST FOOD' concept behind but to shift the attention to service and speed of food made. I was satisfied with both. One only downside was the cramped condition inside. However, because of cheap but tasty food I was getting, I decided not to complain. Two sizes to choose from, I went for the smaller one, and it was the Original Bing made with green bean batter. The bing was thicker than expected. Too salty. To be fair, maybe this was authentic Beijing taste, but I could not put up with the saltiness personally. However, this is a valued lunch you could get around Central. So...I guess you get what you pay for.
