Chose Flagship to have a valentines dinner because I read some reviews and the menu looked quite interesting.It wasn’t necessarily bad, but maybe I just had high hopes for the flavours? We ordered the 避風塘黑毛豬 and Chinese style carbonara. The marinade for the coating of the pork was a bit too flavourful for us which came off a bit weird and overwhelming. The Chinese carbonara was just too salty for us.Nonetheless, the sweet potato fries were in a very generous portion, and the service was excellen
